What is the best stress relief available?
This information was used on Great America the week of February 20, 2006. There was something placed upon the finger to register the stress level and reduce it through breathing, etc.
What are some simple but effective stress relief techniques that can be applied without medications, and have proven to be successful? There are new items or gadgets that have been marketed as safe and beneficial.

i say that the best stress relief is exercise. i gets your mind off things and your doing something good for your body.something as simple as walking up and down the stairs for 5 min. is good enough. if you want to focus your brain on something you can listen to music. after you do this you feel better and more relaxed. yoga also works good too.

To relieve stress, I do the following:
1. Walk away from it! :)
2. Clean the house.
3. Go fishing.
4. Concentrate on something meaningless.
5. Play sports!
6. Write on blogs.
7. Read this book… Don’t Sweat the Small Stuff!
